Building Regulations

1. Find a spot that satisfies your every need. Take your time and look!!

Things to consider:

A. 100 ft. setback from any water. B. 35 ft. setback from any road. C. No camps on Lake Andrews. D. No camps on Log Landings. E. No camps on designated camper sites. F. Keep tree removal to a minimum. G. Be sure your site is not in the sight of an existing camp. H. Cabin structure not to exceed 500 square feet in total.

2. Stake out your camp shape and location on site. Do not cut down trees. Draw up a sketch plan of your site and buildings.

3. Contact Santanoni Club President for Sec. 1 approval. The President will contact the Finch & Pruyn Forester so they can complete a site inspection to approve, reject or change your plans.

4. Upon receiving Finch & Pruyn's signed approval, you must contact: (They will issue necessary building permits.)

5. Upon starting construction, submit to the Club Secretary, the "Start of Construction" form, a copy of the Building Permits, and a copy of the "Permission to Build Camp", Sec. 1&2.

6. During contruction, if you have any questions or wish to make any changes please contact the Club President. No changes will be allowed without Finch & Pruyn approval.

7. Upon completion, submit the "End of Construction" form to the Club Secretary.
