RULES AND REGULATIONS Rev. Feb. 2004
1. Club membership will be cut-off at 80.
2. Children of members may become members at anytime.
3. Building sites and plans for a new camp must be approved by the President. The President must present them to Finch Pruyn for their approval.
4. No gas motors of any kind may be used on Lake Andrew.
5. No new buildings may be constructed on the shores of Lake Andrew.
6. No live baitfish allowed on or near Club waters.
7. Daily limit of 5 trout per person from Lake Andrew.
8. There is no trapping allowed on Club property.
9. Members who have left the Club - "Not in Good Standing", are not allowed on the Club property as a guest.
10. All current dues, fees, and assessments must be paid by September 1, unless other Arrangements have been made with the Club President. All special cases must be paid in full by the Annual Meeting to be considered a member in good standing (associate members)...."Your parent must be a paid up member to qualify.
11. Fees for Associate members will be $100 per year. Associate members will be limited to 2 guests at any one time.
12. ATV's must be kept out of creeks and flows.
13. ATV speed limits; 15mph on roads, 5 mph when passing camps.
14 All motor vehicles must have there lights ON, while operating on Club property.
15. No 2-cycle motorbikes allowed on Club property.
16. No more permanent camps are to be built on Fish Pole Hill Rd. and all campers must be removed from this road by October 10th.
FINCH, PRUYN AND CO. Rules and Regulations
1. No tenting on Club property.
2. No permanent trailers are allowed on Club property. Campers for seasonal, personal use are permitted in designated areas only. A permit, with a small fee, are needed before bring a camper onto Club lands. Contact the Club President for all information.
3. All ATV's, Snowmobiles, and any motorized vehicle used on Club property must have a current registration and proof of insurance card on file with the Club Secretary. In addition the Club name must appear on the vehicle. Stickers are available.
4. Maximum speed limit of 20 mph on all Finch, Pruyn and Co. woods road's.
5. While on Club Property, all Fish and Game laws must be strictly adhered to. In addition no does may be taken at any time or during any season.
6. No construction or cutting of trees or brush may be done until approved by Finch, Pruyn & Co. See the President for the proper paperwork.
7. If brush is cut or fallen branches picked up, along side road, please throw into woods and not into the ditches.
8. All tree stands are to be portable with no materials nailed, bolted, or permanently attached to a tree.
9. Any member who violates the Lessor's rules, or trespasses on other Lessor's lands, will automatically and immeadiately forfeit thier membership for a mimum of two years.
10. During hunting season ATV's are allowed on designated roads only, and may not be used on trails or in the woods except; (a) to retrieve a legally killed deer or bear providing no loaded firearms are on the vehicle or person(s). (b.) disabled or medically handicapped persons are permitted to use ATV's for transportation to or from a "watch".
